Love Yourself Day is a small, in-person Valentine’s Day experience for women who want something quieter, deeper, and more meaningful than the usual celebration.
Held at Tudor Farm in Ocala, this intimate gathering invites you to slow down, step out of performance mode, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supportive environment.
The experience includes gentle interaction with the horses on the farm, guided reflection, and time to simply be present. The horses are not ridden or trained. They serve as calm, intuitive mirrors offering nonverbal feedback that helps many people soften, settle, and reconnect with their bodies.
This is not a workshop, retreat, or therapy session.
There’s nothing to fix, prove, or achieve.
Just a few uninterrupted hours to breathe, reflect, and choose yourself without apology.
