This gathering centers on rhythm and movement as a way to settle the mind and reconnect with the body.
We’ll explore simple drumming and free movement around the fire. There is no choreography to learn and no expectation to perform. You’re welcome to move, sit, listen, or let the rhythm carry you in whatever way feels natural.
This evening is about releasing thought through sound and motion and allowing the body to respond without direction or judgment.
