Expressive Motion is an evening devoted entirely to movement without explanation.
There are no steps to follow and no meaning to assign. The focus is on letting the body move in response to music, space, and sensation, without correction or observation.
This gathering offers a quiet kind of freedom — the chance to move without being watched, evaluated, or instructed.
You may move continuously, pause often, or simply observe. All forms of participation are welcome.
