What This Workshop Offers

This workshop is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, the expectations, and the constant push to keep going.

Over the course of three days, you will be supported in:

• Releasing what you’ve been carrying through gentle, nature based ceremonies
• Reconnecting with your inner wisdom through forest immersion and embodied practices
• Honoring your presence within a supportive, non judgmental community

There is no pressure to perform, share, or transform on command.
Only space, presence, and intention.
